Made the whole process simple and easy!

Easy to schedule Service online, lots of available options for pick up times online. However, service was 90 minutes later than 2 hour appointment window (and I had to call for updates, not got junk). BUT: the staff were postponed due to previous job that customer underestimated their work, and the team was able to give me a discount. The only recommendation I have is to clarify pricing and arrivals beforehand. Thanks!
