Jonathan and Tom were fantastic! They work so hard and efficiently with a smile on their faces! It made my day to meet them and they were so kind and communicative throughout the entire process! No hidden fees and you are aware of what you are paying before the job gets started! It was truly a pleasure to meet them! My only wish is if you use 1-800 GOT JUNK you are lucky enough to get these guys as your team!

Alexis and marckens were my guys today. They were fantastic. Super polite and friendly and the job didn’t work out as planned (not their fault) but they handled it. Took my hot tub which was brutal and they did it with a smile. I’ve used got junk before and had a good experience but these 2 gentleman today really did a great job. I would absolutely recommend got junk but only if I was able to request Alexis and Marckens. If I could give a higher score I would. Thank you both. Appreciate your help today!!!

Today was My 1st Experience with Got Junk. The Scheduling was Easy and Convenient. The Team of Jeff and Tony Called Me 30 Minutes Prior to My scheduled time of 8-10 AM. Tony and Jeff were Courteous, Professional, and Proficient; They Worked effectively as a Team. My Only Disappointment was the Final Fee; I was Not prepared for the Pricing Chart Fee Schedule; I thought the Cost would be Lower; However, They did a Great job of Disposing of My Junk. The guys who came here, Rob and Bensley were fantastic. So friendly and eager to do whatever I needed. They were sensitive to the fact that I was sending away a piano that I'd had for 72 years and told me not to look when they had to break part of it to get it out. Some of the keys no longer worked and were unfixable so I couldn't play it but still sad to see it go. They were great representatives of your company. play it but it was still sad to see it go.

The agents come on time and are really nice, respectful of my property and are very helpful.
