The two men who came to remove the trash were excellent representatives of 1-800-GOT-JUNK. They were personable and efficient and spent that extra time explaining the fee structure and completing the work in a very professional and deliberate manner. I would definitely use this removal service again in large part because of the extremely favorable impression they left with me as shown by their willingness to give that extra effort to make sure that everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Please give them both raises.
