Very good experience. The two guys who came took time to explain to us what GOT-JUNK offers and help us decide what was worth the money for their help. It is definitely expensive, but we could not have taken care of the stuff ourselves. The guys came promptly and were polite, interesting, helpful and funny. We did not receive the call that they were arriving, but that was okay because it was within the two-hour window of expectation. And the didn't sweep up was a small job that I was happy to do.
