Customer Service- Bill was punctual, communicative, and went above and beyond in every way. It was a such an easy process start to finish.

Tony and Jonathon were very professional. They did an excellent Job of explaining the process of how the charges are determined as well as how the Junk will be responsibly handled. It is good to know that items that can be fixed will be setup to be re-used by someone. Also, it is good to know that unfixable items will be dismantled and each part disposed of appropriately.

Bill and Demetry were awesome to work with. Everything was done as planned and very efficiently.
