Ernest and the other gentleman (Fernando? sorry I forgot) were very friendly and explained everything about the process and the required extra State of Mass dispoal fees very well. It was a stress free way to clean out the last items from my old apartment. I would use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again if I needed to.
