Very recently, the Wilmington MA team completed a whole house clearout for our family. The crew was awesome! Everyone was professional, prompt, and patient with all questions, taking great care explaining each step. Even when a small "hiccup" occurred, the crew leader took swift action to resolve the issue to a mutual, equitable solution. Despite the size of the job, it was completed well within the time, the site was left clean, and we were completely satisfied with the results. It's easy to see that the commitment to the customer experience is the top priority, and should be held as an example to follow for the service industry
