I’m actually surprised by this. I was driving yesterday and saw the truck and called the number because I’m moving. Alex and Luis showed up early, they were kind and explained everything. They were professional and handled everything with care. Then they offered to move my couch into the storage area for free- not a scam. Actually free. They both worked fast and I couldn’t be happier. Either I lucked out with two really great workers or 1800 got junk is the real deal.
