Having a move imposed on us, in incredibly short time, has been an absolute living nightmare. With an almost impossible task of having to clear the damp dank basement, we decided on a whim, on a Sunday, to try a quote from 1800gotjunk. Expecting the price to be to high, we didn't get our hopes up. An incredibly clean truck pulled up in a few hours and two very pleasant young men, Joshua and Carlos, showed up in the pouring rain, and explained the costs. After being pleasantly surprised we agreed on the price and tried to schedule time so they weren't working in the pouring rain. They assured us that it wasn't a problem and got right to work. Their attitudes and positive energy during the most undesirable conditions is an inspiration. They went above and beyond what we expected. True angels in an otherwise dark time. Thank you 800gotjunk, and especially to Joshua and Carlos.

The 2 guys were fantastic, they really hustled, and actually removed more than planned because they asked if I wanted anything else removed. I said yes and they said just point to it. The extra junk was on a garage mezzanine and they got that too and swept everything clean afterwards. A top notch crew. Definitely a 10!

I booked an online pickup of a very large and heavy desk and hutch, and was able to get a same-day pickup and a same-day coupon! Jose and Chris called when they were on their way. They were friendly, polite, and very careful when moving items through my home so as not to bump into walls or other furniture. What a great team! I highly recommend them and 1-800-Got-Junk!
