I booked an online pickup of a very large and heavy desk and hutch, and was able to get a same-day pickup and a same-day coupon! Jose and Chris called when they were on their way. They were friendly, polite, and very careful when moving items through my home so as not to bump into walls or other furniture. What a great team! I highly recommend them and 1-800-Got-Junk!
