The guys knew exactly what they were doing and knew how to get a very large old, big heavy couch and chair out of my living room. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing and why. They came in and got it done in about 15 minutes. If I had family and/or friends do it, it would have been a nightmare. If I ever have to get rid of anything again I will absolutely call 1-800-GOT-JUNK again! 😀
