This is the second time I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK. They picked up all of the debris from my kitchen remodel and some other stuff I wanted to get rid of. They had the truck loaded in 45 minutes. What I was really impressed with was the level of detail in leaving nothing behind. They even swept my driveway off! Outstanding customer service and I look forward to using them again on my next project.

Everything about the experience was a perfect 10! The team was prompt, communicative, and VERY friendly from the very first phone call. Before they had even arrived, the driver offered to get us a coffee from Dunkin' Donuts on their way. Upon arrival, they walked us through a very clear step-by-step explanation of their process and potential charges and gave us a near-instant quote for a very fair price. The team loaded everything in very quickly and respectfully, ensuring to double-check items to make sure we wanted them hauled. Upon completion, a mere 30 minutes later, they confirmed the price given the volume we ended up using (which was MORE than initially estimated) and offered the initial price given to us upon arrival. They were very respectful, professional and kind. Would recommend your services again to anyone!
