They go over the steps of their removal process with the customer before starting the job and are very clear in their billing so you know exactly what to expect. The workers are polite and extremely efficient and thorough. Not only did they remove all our trash but they also swept the area before they left. Due to our positive experience with Got Junk, we will definitely be using them again in the near future.
