Mike and James were amazing. Funny. Pleasant. Hardworking. Persistent. I had a simple fridge removal, which turned out to be way more complicated because they moved another fridge inside for me that didn’t fit so well. They went over and beyond and never gave up. They even put my new fridge together. There was some damage caused by their Herculean efforts to fit the fridge in a small house but they even offered to fix it. One thing I might mention is to remind customers to cover hardwood floors to prevent damage. I did not do this bc I thought that might get in the way but it might have prevented some scratches. Overall They were GREAT. I would def recommend Got Junk.
