I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the movers. T exhibited the three essential 'Ps" of customer service and good business practices: Being Polite, Being Personable, and Being Professional. The company policy of showing the customer what they will pay and the pricing system from the start is very helpful and refreshing, no hidden fees. I appreciated that as well. I tipped the two young men for their service, just to let them know how much I appreciated their hard work, and they were very appreciative as well.

Sebastian and Luke were super accommodating and friendly while working so hard. I also called in the morning and my cellar was cleaned out that day!

On time, professional and friendly people removed my junk in record time. Provided me with a reasonable estimate first. Would definitely recommend !

Bryan and Mike were so helpful, they cleaned up everything I had asked so quickly, and even offered to help if I needed anything else done. I would use 1-800-Got-junk again, as well as Bryan and Mike!
