I found the associates, who picked up my junked items, to be very kind, courteous & accommodating. No issues with items I needed hauled away. They were on time & even spent a few minutes afterwards making small talk & giving me tips on how to handle a small outdoor project I have going. So refreshingly pleasant! I appreciate the extra effort by Brian and Griffin to not only take away the junk, but also help with moving a safe that had been in my shed for months. And their friendly attitude is much appreciated. Also, they explained clearly how the costs were established.
