On time polite and no griping when I added more junk to the pile

Workers are polite show up on time, and are gracious. They do an excellent job and I don't have to lift a finger. This is my second time using them and I would recommend to anyone.

Once again the crew from Hopkinton, MA were wonderful! This is the 3rd time I've used them and you just know these guys love what they do - helping people! They are truly respectful, careful, always on time, and most of all caring about how they go about their job. Thank you, thank you for all that you do!

They communicate well (when expected to arrive, etc.), remove everything quickly and even the most difficult to remove items (very heavy treadmill from second floor) are no problem. Staff are always pleasant and professional.

Your employees collect the items from where they are inside or outside, so I do not have to do a lot of carrying things up and down stairs to make a single pile. Employees are also very courteous and communicate well regarding the time they will arrive.
