1. Communicated with me before my appointment with time estimate. Communicated with me again when that time changed. 2. Showed up when they said they would. 3. Gave me an estimate up front after looking at everything. 4. Moved quickly to get rid of my stuff. 5. Let me add items in that I came across after the fact. 6. Cleaned-up after themselves and didn't leave anything out of place even after spilling some fertilizer in my driveway. Overall, just met all expectations of what I thought this service would be like based on your advertising. It was great. Thank you.
