The convenience of scheduling an appointment online and on the same day was seamless. The drivers contacted me prior to arrival. Upon arrival, they were courteous and friendly. They reviewed the items, notified me of the price and upon approval, quickly carried away the junk! They did so with care and concern with no nicks or dents in the wall. My only reason for scoring a 9 is that it would be nice to have an idea of what I was going to pay prior to scheduling the appointment. The pricing guide the driver showed me would have helped me to understand a "ballpark" of what I was going to pay, versus being surprised by the amount when they completed their assessment, say for load size and any add-on's, such as for heavy weight. It would be a shame for them to drive all this way and for me to say no if I didn't agree to the price.
