I highly recommend this service for their professional, fast and efficient service for the removal of left over furniture in the apartment. A big shout out to Brayden and Joe for a excellent Job and exceptional customer service.

The guys that came out were just amazing. The lead guy was so friendly and personable. Made the whole experience go so well. They worked there magic to fit everything in. Again both guys were great but the main guy deserves all the praise in the world. We will definitely use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again purely for how fantastic the staff was. The confirmation call I received the day prior was also handled by a lovely lady who was so so nice to talk to.

Honestly everything! Booked online at 9:30am for a 10am-12pm pick up slot was contacted 9:40am to let me know how everything will run and an estimated price. Two blokes rocked up on site within the time slot, had a look at the pile of junk gave me a proper price which was a little bit more then I expected but he gave his boss a call worked out a cheaper deal for me and I gave them ok. Less then 45mins later they had finished up, raked up the mess and asked if there was anything else they could help out with while they were there? I said that’ll be all. Everything ran smoothly, clean neat professional business. Would use them time and time again.
