The process went exactly as advertised. Sterling & Chris showed up on schedule and were very efficient and careful as they removed items from my house. It ended up being a bigger job than expected and required multiple trips -- but the team worked right through everything with no hassle. This was hands-down the easiest cleanup project I've ever experienced.
