I had a great experience. I had to change my appt 2x - but I had no issues - it was very easy and I was not penalized in anyway. The men arrived early and were very mannerly, polite and respectful, especially towards my elderly mother -which I appreciated. They worked very methodically and efficiently. They did not talk alot and were quick to handle their business which I liked. They explained the fees and the process very thoroughly and clearly. I was very impressed with 1-800-GOT-JUNK and would absolutely use them again and recommend them as well. Thank you very much for an excellent experience!
