Thailan and Erickh both did a great job! They were punctual, professional, really diligent, they have good customer service skills, and they got the stuff out fast. There was a couple of items that were difficult, more than I intended or realized, but they were problem-solvers and took charge and took care of the situation. Great work to them, and also, I hope people recognize the talent and work ethic of these two!
