Professional and quick

Workers arrived and assessed my “junk” quickly and worked with the budget I gave them. The two guys were friendly and worked very efficiently to complete the job. My “junk” consisted of one small shed FULL of junk and another outhouse type building also full of junk. They completed removing both sheds and everything in them in less than 4 hours. Unbelievable!!! These two were fantastic and I cannot say enough about them. The only thing I can suggest is that Got Junk provide better tools for the workers. They had very few tools including a saws all that didn’t work. They never complained or said anything about this, but dug right in and ripped the sheds down by hand using only a sledge hammer. Great work ethics’s on their part. When they were finished they cleaned up the sight beyond my expectations. These workers could have been even more efficient if they had been provided the correct tools for the job. Your workers would save you time and money in the long run with some simple tools. ie…a battery saws all or circular saw, and a rake and lawn broom. All said your price was reasonable, your workers were excellent and my junk was gone in 4 hours! This job would have taken us at least 2 dumpsters and probably a week of back breaking work. I would not hesitate to hire Got Junk again and will recommend them to others in the future.

Ryan and Steven came to my home for junk removal. They were knowledgeable , friendly & extremely polite. I wanted to take the time to make sure you know.Also, the two different women on the phone that I spoke to were also wonderful. Excellent customer service! I have been getting horrible customer service everywhere lately & wanted to make sure these people were recognized.Great hires & they all deserve raises.

They did exactly what they said they would do! Called ahead of time, showed up on time and were very friendly. They removed my stove from the basement quickly without banging or nicking any of my walls or doors. I will definitely use them again. I have lots of junk.
