The team was fast and even called to see if they could arrive early. They quickly and efficiently removed my sectional couch and were very careful not to break anything, and they were respectful and friendly with my neighbors.

They were very helpful and quick in arranging a pick up and checked to give notice they were coming. Romario was the person who came into the apartment and removed the items. He was very polite and professional. Most of all, he was very kind and thoughtful in recognizing that I was stuck with the stuff that my terrible roommate (now ex-). He made extra effort to make sure that I would pay as little as needed to have it all removed. With his supervisor's approval, he gave me an excellent rate, superb service, and the kindness that comes infrequently these days. I am disabled and on a fix income; he made my day!
