I spoke to Nick Gonzalez about a problem I was having, and he said "no problem, book an appointment online". I booked my appointment and the manager was communicative as to timing of arrival of my junk removal crew, the crew was awesome! They realized they were going to need back up, and in less than 15 minutes two more guys showed up. They were professional, efficient, and personable. Can't recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK highly enough.
