The crew was very professional and respectful of my time and the property while removing the items from the apartment. They were on time and communicated the projected cost, and set the right expectation for the duration of the project. I was impressed by the efficiency and would recommend and, if needed, use their services again.

They called on time the morning of the appointment to give me their approximate arrival time in the window provided. They arrived earlier than they had stated and were very efficient in getting everything out. They even swept up any debris left from moving items. Truly appreciated them.

The fact that 1-800-Got-Junk? is environmentally responsible. They load the truck FAST but their job isn't done. They take everything to their sorting yard and separate what can go to recycling and what can go to charity and what can go to a landfill. There are cheaper services but those will just go straight to a landfill. Worth every penny for the extra assurance of RESPONSIBLE DISPOSAL.
