Earlier in August, I made an appointment with the Burbank division of your company to receive an estimate. This appointment was in conjunction with my travel from North Carolina to Burbank California in order to address my deceased sister’s estate.Nick Gonzalez, the Burbank company rep, arrived promptly on the day/time requested for the estimate (8/8/23). He assured me the extensive level of effort to address my disposal needs could be handled in the rather short window of my travels. On the two days scheduled for the 1800 Got Junk work to occur, the crew commenced on-time and tirelessly worked over the 2-day period. The Burbank Operations Manager, James Williams, arrived to confirm everything was going per my expectations. He was kind and truly considerate of my stressful circumstance and timing requirements.The resulting fee was nearly identical to the estimated cost, the premises were left in conditions beyond my expectations, and everyone in the crew was polite and considerate thru the process.I cannot share enough kind words for a job well executed and well coordinated. From the bottom of my heart, I hope everyone involved from the Burbank office is given due credit. I had never used a company such as yours before, I wasn’t confident that I would be satisfied. And now I feel I made a bunch of friends with work standards thru the roof. The $500 tip to the crew didn’t feel adequate! Kind regards from a relieved and grateful customer.
