In my experience 1-800-Got -Junk employees are always on-time fast and efficient. Ben and Austin came today and worked very quickly ans were polite and courteous.

Your employees. They are very very hardworking! It’s tough moving heavy stuff all day long, yet they do it with a smile and good humour, as well as being very efficient and professional.Only improvement I can see is to have bigger trucks. One truck had room for a 1/3 of what we needed taken away, so now we need two trucks with four men to haul away the rest, which ends up costing a lot more.

Dear Got Junk Administration;I would like to give a glowing review for particularly Peter and also Robert for their excellent professionalism, customer service and all round good experience. We did not have the best experience with the booking and I felt bad for the fellows who were at the mercy of poor scheduling. Having said this, they handled the situation and themselves with the upmost consideration, professionalism and had a pleasant calm manner. These two young men are truly excellent representatives of your company with amazing work ethics and should be noticed for being great employees. If it were not for them I may not use or recommend your company again, but because they were so great when they showed up I would do so now.
