The great experience started when I called to book the free estimates appointment. I feel bad I forgot the name of the person who booked the appointment but she was thorough and friendly.Hugo called 1/2 hour prior to he and Robert arriving. They worked quickly, they were friendly and very careful to only grab the items they were asked to take. They lifted an item onto my truck for me that was too heavy to do myself.Friendly, personable, punctual, helpful & efficient sums up the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK!!
