I called on a Sunday for pickup of a freezer that quit working and was able to have pickup booked within a couple minutes and the truck showed up within about 30 mins. I also ended up paying less than originally quoted on the phone. Aidan and Ethan in Calgary were very professional, showed up when they said they would and the whole pickup process took less than 10 minutes. Will definitely use this service again.
