I was impressed with the polite and efficient employees who came to pick up an old refrigerator for me. They loaded it up and were on their way in about ten minutes. I also appreciated the excellent communications from Mike, the regional manager, as well as the call from the guys in the truck alerting me that they were running late due to the job before mine and then calling again when they were 20 minutes from me to let me know. I thought the price was reasonable, given the alternative of renting my own truck and lining up some strong guys to haul the refrigerator into the truck and then driving it somewhere. Worth every penny. Thank you 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I will use your services again.
