Upfront with costs and showed up on time and the guys were very professional. There was some damage done to the wall when the guys were bringing down my elliptical but they assured me it would be take care of (only reason for the 9 rating versus 10)

The associates from the truck were fast, efficient and friendly. They focused on the job at hand and treated me with genuine respect.

The guys that came out were professional, there was a little confusion on my part I scheduled for a quote and thought the truck would be empty. We paid $499 and the truck already had about a 1/4 in it. So we feel like if we had a empty truck at $629 we would have gotten more in it. we are still planning to schedule to have another truck load taken out. Thanks Belinda
