From the get go contacting 1-800-GOT-JUNK was a breeze. I called. The associate asked me to describe what I needed hauled away. He asked me how soon I needed it picked up. We set up a time for later that same day. It later turned out that the crew might not make it before sundown, so the Operation Manager, Mr. Melton called and we agreed to reschedule for the following day at noon. The next morning I got a call from the driver. He told me they could come earlier if I wanted. I told him that would not be a problem. Ahmir and Rakkim showed up around 11:00. I walked them around to show them what I needed hauled off. Ahmir explained how the job would be billed. We agreed on the amount, and they set to work cleaning it all up. An hour later, the job was done. Easy Peasy!! These guys did in one load what would have taken me five or six loads with a borrowed pickup truck. Was it expensive? Maybe a little. Was it worth it to get the job done quickly and cleanly? Hell yeah! I'd call them again in a heart beat. Thanks guys!!

really good process, all online scheduling, confirmation call, always on time, accept credit card payments. And they are beasts! We could never have moved all that stuff ourselves. they took so much stuff for such a reasonable price. Very pleased!

I called at 8:30 am and they were there by 10 a.m. Communication was excellent regarding arrival time and they were very thorough and quick.
