I can't speak of the entire company, only Reggie and Matthew out of the Charlotte, NC area. They were great explained the process, quickly got to work, great customer service and protected homeowner property. Only complaint is that customer service gave a $50 discount but did not tell the local franchise. The discount was honored. I recommend that customer service have notes that are available to management and who is assigned to the job.

Have used them 3 or 4 times. Crews are always great and most times they are done load their truck in about an hour. will use tehm again in the future.

They called to let me know when they would arrive and confirm the address. They were nice, helpful, & courteous. And they offered to move remaining furniture around if needed. Very pleased!
