Outstanding communication prior to appointment and day of appointment by the staff that handles booking. The team that came to the house was extremely skilled, professional and friendly. They were VERY careful working around things I was keeping and were also exceptionally careful in any tight spots they encountered (like the glass wall in my foyer). They managed to easily troubleshoot a challenge getting one piece of furniture through the front door. The team communicated all aspects of the service clearly (including pricing) before beginning their work. They were very respectful of the space and consulted with me before touching anything. Many thanks to the team (and those behind the scenes) for their expertise and for making it a seamless and pleasant process from booking to completion!

Mike and Corbin were very professional and got the junk out of my house quickly and with no fuss.

The whole experience was extremely good from beginning to end. They kept in touch with me about arrival time and how much space I might need on the truck to make sure they had enough room.
