Explained the whole process before they started, pulled their truck up and all we did was point to what we wanted removed and they hauled it all away.Very efficient and easy. It was well worth every penny I paid. We had a 2 car garage full of items to be donated or taken to trash. The gentlemen who worked with us were very respectful and polite, it was a pleasure working with them.
