Everything, Brice and Quan were great.

Great experience! They called ahead and came right on time. Courteous, fast and careful. We had a large old projection tv and it was on the second floor. They removed it in less than 5 minutes and not a scratch on any of the walls or stairs. WELL DONE, would definitely use them again!

The whole process went smoothly from booking to pickup. The drivers (Sequan and Rashaad)were very impressive from keeping me aware of my ETA to loading explaining the payment. They were in and out in just a few minutes. Well done!!

Friendly, quick and efficient removal team (Zach and Brice). Easy scheduling. Helpful management. Only hiccup is cost. By charging by amount of room taken in your truck, it makes very light, small loads with minimal removal effort cost-prohibitive. If your target market is those with heavy or larger loads (i.e. requires a dump or box truck at minimum), I would make it prominently stated on the homepage or contact forms of your website.
