Prompt/timely arrival for pick-up. Had some questions prior to pick-up. Answers given (via telephone) by staff member was very helpful.

Very communicative, right on time, careful but efficient

The team called me in advance of their arrival so I was able to prepare for their arrival. They were very courteous and explained the process in great detail. When they arrived, they gave me a quick quote, which I believed to be reasonable, and took my old bed, box spring, and frame out within a minute. Overall, I was satisfied with the process.
