There was 2 guys picking up the stuff every nice guys. Plus the manager was very nice and took care of me . Thank you I will be using them again

They really did well in getting my cabinet removed in a timely manner. An opening occurred ahead of my appointment & I was contacted to see if they could our cabinet removed ahead of our scheduled appointment early. Great! The two gentlemen that removed our cabinet were careful, efficient, & worked well with us.

they make things happen, they work with you through difficult situations. The staff who completed my pickup were so amazing. My sofa was so big and bulky, and it appeared they would not get it past the thresh hold. was so afraid my removal would be rejected. these guys said we will make it happen and they did. It was a real struggle, but they were able to get this sofa out of the door and then they struggled to get it on the elevator, they worked even harder and made it happened. Thank you 1-800-Got- Junk for hard working and determined staff. I will continue to use you for all my junk removal.

Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the young men who picked up my chairs today. They were timely, polite and even cleaned up a dirt spill from one of the chairs. Please give them my compliments!
