First, I was able to schedule pickup the very next day. I didn't have garbage laying around for days. Also, the guys hauling the garbage were courteous and transparent about pricing. It's great to have hundreds of pounds of trash taken away so quickly.

Pricing, politeness, fast

Ease of scheduling. Availability to select specific time range for pickup. Friendliness of pickup crew. Unfortunately, there was a problem with payment, the driver did not have a working device to accept credit card payment. This caused a delay in his being able to leave the location. We had to wait to receive an invoice via email, wait for the return email to be received by the office, and finally for the office to notify the driver that the payment had been received. Bad form.
