WOW! SO impressed with 1-800 GOT JUNK. Everything was so quick and efficient. Darius and James were very professional! Always keeping me updated and informed. Explained how everything worked to make sure I understood. They went above and beyond to assist with the items I needed help with. They both deserve a raise, bonus, time off, etc. I will definitely use 1-800 GOT JUNK in the future.

If I could review just the removers who helped me, I would leave this for them. My removers were especially kind and attentive to detail, and very reassuring during what was a highly stressful time. They made the best time they could during a very busy period at the last minute, in the blazing hot sun no less. They deserve every commendation, praise, and thanks. The call receptionist who helped me as well was just as soothing during my waiting period

The two gentlemen who came out to the house did an excellent job on removing a large (king size) mattress from my basement and up a narrow staircase. They kept at it until they had it up the stairs and out of the house. I was impressed by their persistence. It had taken three men to get it down the stairs several years ago. They were also very pleasant and polite.

Excellent workers, good communication, easy to use service. Yosef (Josef?) and Mariano were absolutely excellent, very efficient, and they got everything perfectly.

The staff were really incredible. I had a very heavy, old sleeper couch for removal from a second floor apartment. The guys came in with a can-do attitude and adjusted their moving plan as the situation developed. They were very considerate not to damage my other furniture or the apartment. I was very impressed.
