Monzell and Chris were kind and flexible on scheduling (I got stuck in a meeting that ran 5 minutes long and they were understanding when I was 5 minutes late for our appt). They were also patient and explained the pricing model while answering my questions. Finally, they were good at their jobs! They removed my items at warp speed. 1800GOTJUNK will be my first call for junk removal whenever I have future needs and I will be sure to refer this team to my friends.
