The employees, Carlos and Isaiah, that came to my house were very courteous and upfront about how the process works. They were professional and got everything sorted very quickly. Payment was a breeze and was explained very well (mostly regarding the additional fees for certain items of which I was not aware). I will absolutely recommend the company to anyone that needs help clearing out old items in their home, and will definitely be using the service again.
