Pick appointment window up to 10pm. At 4pm I picked 5pm to 7pm pick up. They called at 6pm to say they were almost there. They charge by how much space your junk takes in the truck. There is a chart to show the prices so they can't just make up a number. No pressure . It was cheaper for me to have them clean out the basement than if I did it myself with bagsters or a dumpster.
