The gentlemen that came out were really nice. They worked quickly and efficiently and they worked with me on the final price of my removal. One of them managed to knock my sliding closet off track while removing an item and they both tried to fix it. Even though they were unsuccessful, I appreciated the effort.

I’ve just heard of it on tv. One thing I thought was wrong…pick up one item is $89. I had a king size mattress and two 4 inch thickness twin size box springs…they could not be picked up unless i paid another $89. Didn’t think that was fair. One item “IS” mattress and box spring…one goes with the other especially two twin 4 inch box springs…so small of an item. Reps were very polite.
