I like that the guys called prior to getting to my house to let me know their time of arrival. They arrived when they said they would. They were courteous, removed everything quickly and let me know the estimated price for the service. This was my second time using Got-Junk and I was impressed both times.

They were courteous, prompt and made me feel like a valued customer. One associate was doing some on the job training to the junior member of the team that I observed. Quite impressed. They both conducted themselves in a professional manner and were not bothered by the fact I was standing there listening and watching what was going on.
