Honestly impressed with the customer service

This was my review response...I was super impressed with this company. I had heard of them before and we were in need of getting rid of our sectional couch in a hurry because our new one was set to arrive the next day. The woman on the phone was very nice and honest about the pricing. On my pick up day (Feb. 21, 2022) the gentleman called to inquire about the size of my couch because he had a pretty full load already and wasn't sure if my couch would fit. He ended up dumping the load and then coming to get my couch which I very much appreciated. He then called when they were 30 minutes away. Upon arrival the gentlemen told me about the pricing again and said they would be very careful moving my couch as we just had our interior walls painted. They were super efficient and very nice. I will definitely be using them when I have another need for this type of service.

The team was nice and professional. The team bought me great relief by removing 60 years of accumulated stuff. Thank you.

Absolutely Everything as far as I am concerned. This is the third time, in two years, I have used Got Junk and I will continue. Each time I have used this service the most respectful and industrious young people have arrived at my house and preformed the task in an outstanding manner.
