Polite - ease of service

1-800-GOT-JUNK was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I called late Saturday evening to change my appointment on Sunday to an earlier timeframe and the customer service representative was very helpful and accommodating to make this change! On the day of the garbage/junk removal the two employees who came to my residence were wonderful!! They were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. They explained the process and worked very hard and extremely quickly to make the process of loading and clearing away all the junk as stress-free as possible! They were terrific!! I am highly satisfied by the level of service and professionalism of 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I will definitely recommend your services to my family and friends!
