On time. Accurately estimated amount of time to complete job. Courteous team. Cleaned up afterward. The woman who took my initial call was friendly and informative. I have one suggestion. I asked her if tires with rims were accepted. She said they are but I would have appreciated it if she mentioned there is a $15 surcharge per tire.
